MCC is awarded a major recruitment contract from an Oil & Gas EPC Company in Iraq to recruit @300 candidates for a major Oil & Gas project which is ongoing in Basrah Iraq. The Scope involves conducting interviews & selections across various locations in India. For the Project Management Staff, Engineers (@50 Nos), and workers like welders, fabricators, technicians, supervisors, foreman etc (@250 Nos).

MCC participated in recruitment campaign conducted by one of the largest Oil& Gas production companies in UAE(Abudhabi). The campaign covers 100 senior positions for various departments & functions like Drilling, Engineering & Projects, Sub-surface, Field Operations, Contracts, Planning & Support and Corporate Support.
MCC is successful in mobilizing more than 200 shortlisted candidates
