Project Manager – Metro Rail Project
An experienced Senior Project Manager is required, this individual will be accountable for implementing and managing assigned project(s) from inception, planning, design, procurement and construction through commissioning to completion.
An ability to both exercise and delegate authority in managing assigned work is critical, as is a responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the Commissions budget, scope schedule and quality assurance requirements. You will also supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned project team members.

The Senior Project Manager will be certified as Chartered or Professional Engineer and should have the following job experience:
Approximately 20 years in project management
Management of capital work projects in excess of USD 300 million
Management of project teams/ professionals
Management of scope/ budget schedule issues
Providing key stakeholder coordination
Management of multiple, concurrent projects
Essential transit -related experience
Beneficial LRT or Metro related experience
Underground / tunnel construction
Major City infrastructure
Management of consultants, procurement, design, construction and commissioning
Management within an integrated client / consultant team organization.
