Experience: 5+ yrs
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or related field or equivalent experience. International qualification of NEBOSH, CSP etc. preferred
M.S. in Occupational Safety a plus.

Job Profile
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
a- Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the Company’s Safety Awareness campaign.
b- Implement safety awareness campaigns and ensure they are delivered in a consistent manner throughout the company.
c- Ensure that standard accident and incident investigation procedures throughout the company are complied with.
d- Ensure that rigorous safety audit programs are maintained in each company and that information from these programs is consolidated to provide management reporting to assist in the development of safety awareness programs.
e- Lead serious incident investigations where required.
f- Represent the company with clients in relation to safety matters.
g- Conduct visits to job sites to conduct site safety audits as part of an audit team, ensure the safety message is being delivered and understood, review client’s permits to work, conduct regular tool box talks,
h- Maintain a strong working relationship with Safety Officers in each location and through them achieve the safety objectives of the company.
i- Assist in preparation of pre project HIRAC studies, Rescue Plans, Heavy Lift plans and employee certification
Job requirements
- Prior experience designing programs for OSHA Compliance, industry best practice and regulatory agency compliance required.
- Consulting or client relationship management experience preferred.
- Ability to evaluate hazardous conditions in the workplace and implements training and safety strategies to eliminate dangers.
- Must have strong organizational/communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations)
Must be in the age group of 35-45 years. Physical fitness is a must as per our requirement.
