Minimum Education: MBA – HR
Job Profile :
1) Good experience in all of the cutting edge HR processes (Human Resource
Management, Recruitment and Selection, and Induction and Placement).
2. Excellent oral and working capability in English.
3. Should have the ability to align the multiple HR processes with each other in order to
create value for the organisation.
4. Should be able to create/ deliver/ convert and capture the Value while implementing the
various HR initiatives.
5. Will be responsible for handling the generalist Strategic HR profile and assisting Group
HR Head in institutionalization of HPWS through:
a. Assisting in Strategy & Policy Formulation.
b. Human Resource Planning
c. Recruitment and Selection
d. Training & Development
e. Performance Appraisal
f. Organisational Development activities etc.
