Job Purpose:
Assists the AML SL in the maintenance planning activities and AMS implementation project for Company Fields assets during the execute stages of all the projects packages. Assists AML SL for developing the operations, maintenance and integrity planning with required re4sources; additionally registers the assets related spare parts. The engineering implementation of the AMS covers equipment critically Assesment, Reliability centered maintenance, Risk based inspection and developind adequate maintenance strategy for each asset upon implementation completion and during the field operation phase, leads the developments of operations, maintenance and inspection short and long term plans.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Works professionally in AMS section to achieve company plans, strategies, targets and KPIs for SARB assets
- Assists AMS SL in project budgeting and contract management. Participates in the contractors pre-qualification, selection, evaluation of contractors/ consultant bids, with subsequent management and administration of service providers in delivery of AMS project.
- Supervise the registration of assets spare parts, preparation of assets VAPs and bills of material, and ordering the required 2 years operation spare parts. Ensure the development, implementation, testing and acceptance of required AMS business processes for all NFOD/involved divisions in coordination with all stakeholders.
- Experience in maintenance engineering (preferably mechanical engineering) and planning in oil & gas industry (onshore/offshore), computerized maintenance management system, data gathering and management , MS project/ primavera and general computer skills
