This article specifically deals with the documentation requirements for an Indian passport Holder when he/she wishes to immigrate to UAE on Employment visa. For the employer to obtain a technicians visa or an Engineer’s Visa, it is mandatory that your original certificate has to be attested by the UAE consulate in India (since your country of Origin is India). Before you attest your certificate from UAE Consulate in Mumbai / Delhi, they ask for attestation from either HRD of respective state or from the MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) in New Delhi.
