Requirements   : –
Age                  :           25 – 30 years
Qualification      :           BE – Mech
Location           :           Pune.
Responsibilities :-

  • Co Ordinate all the service and spare parts related activities related to Pune Products
  • Handling customer complaints, monitoring, updating reports.
  • Product issue resolution tracking & preparation of weekly, fortnightly, monthly meetings
  • Supervising PDI activities.
  • Co-Ordination for Spare Parts with Plant, SPD & Warehouse
  • Technical Assistance to Staff & Field offices.
  • Maintaining Asset register.
  • Preparing monthly reports for service office.
  • Interaction with Price panel for raising of purchase orders.
  • Office administration.

Requirements :-

  • Knowledge of MS Office ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of Parts/aggregates
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Good negotiation skills
