Location : Pune.
- Co Ordinate all the service and spare parts related activities related to Pune Products
- Handling customer complaints, monitoring, updating reports.
- Product issue resolution tracking & preparation of weekly, fortnightly, monthly meetings
- Supervising PDI activities.
- Co-Ordination for Spare Parts with Plant, SPD & Warehouse
- Technical Assistance to Staff & Field offices.
- Maintaining Asset register.
- Preparing monthly reports for service office.
- Interaction with Price panel for raising of purchase orders.
- Office administration.
- Knowledge of MS Office ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Parts/aggregates
- Interpersonal skills
